Bollywood is changing and so is the audience. The year 2018 was a great year for Bollywood but worst years for the three superstars of our country, the Khans. While many movies with great stories did good at the Box-office, the movies of Shah Rukh, Aamir and Salman tanked at the Box-office and were not likes by the audiences.

While Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Zero’ was still a semi-hit at the Box-Office, on the other hard Aamir’s “Thugs of Hindostan” and Salman’s “Race 3” tanked at the box-office. At the same time, we saw some incredible movies with great acting, all thanks to Vicky Kaushal, Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkumar Rao.

Rajkumar Rao came up with a new genre in Bollywood “comedy horror”, with the movie “Stree”. The movie was loved by the audiences and even went on to cross the 100 crore mark at the Box-Office.

Recently, in an interview with the leading media, where he talked about the failure of films of the three Khans. Talking about them he said :

They are superstars for some reason and we all love them. I am myself a fan of Khan’s. We should not compare. We are very new and we have a long way to prove ourselves. I don’t think the kind of superstardom that these superstars have seen will ever come back again,”

He added :

I want all our films to do well at the box office. But the craze that they have seen is something I don’t think is going to come back. It is very tough. People love these actors, the way people react, shout, hug, cry… The phenomenon is huge.”
