Social Media has always made us depressed for some reason or the other, from watching the pictures of perfect bodies to perfect lifestyle, we now want to have a perfect life just like our celebrities. And the people who are not perfect are always under the target of the trollers online, fat-shaming, or shamming on the basis of looks is very common on social media.

Even actresses like Sonakshi Sinha, Sonam Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor and many others have been body-shammed by the netizens. These trolls are really intolerable when the basic concern should always be fitness and good health.

Neha Dhupia became the latest victim of fat-shaming, who was trolled badly for gaining post pregnancy weight. Neha Dhupia who gave birth to an adorable daughter, Mehr some months back. She gave us some goals throughout her pregnancy, she perfectly balanced her personal and professional lives really well while rocking her baby bump.

Once again, she stole our hearts as she slammed the trollers for fat-shaming her.  Here, have a look at the tweet of Neha Dhupia :

The message in the post read :

I don’t owe anyone an explanation because fatshaming like this doesn’t bother me one bit. But I do want to address this as a larger problem because fatshaming needs to stop for EVERYONE not just celebs. As a new mom i want to be fit, healthy and energetic for my daughter. So I work out everyday, sometimes twice a day because for me…’Fitness’ is a priority and not ‘fitting into’ society’s standards regarding looks. And I hope in the future people are kinder to each other while making such vapid and vile comments. To quote @pattonoswalt … “Be Kind. It’s chaos out there.”

We completely agree with her and take stand with her. Even netizens also flooded her tweet with tweets supporting her. Bollywood director, Karan Johar also supported her with a heartfelt tweet.

Here, have a look at the tweet of Karan Johar :

The tweet read:
Neha! You are an amazing Woman! You walk so many paths with humour…with intelligence and with abandon! It’s never about losing weight it’s always about gaining perspective! And I hope the woman who wrote this has gained some today….”

Well, we completely agree with him. It is very shameful and intolerable when people troll and shame actresses or anyone about anything like this.
