Akshay Kumar has had a splendid 2017 and has scored big on the blockbuster. 2018 too promises big success for the superstar as the look of his upcoming flick, ‘Kesari’ has been fondly liked by Twitter.

Akshay Kumar looks just perfect as Havildar Ishar Singh in the movie Kesari which would hit the silver screen in 2018. The movie is based on the battle of Saragarhi and Twitter has already declared the movie a blockbuster on the mere glimpse of Akshay’s first look from the movie.

3 FILMS ON THE SAME SUBJECT

 
Kesari would not be the only movie centered around the battle of Saragarhi, Ajay Devgan and Randeep Hooda too are working on projects based on the same subject and they too would be seen playing the legendary character of Havildar Ishar Singh in their respective projects. Not just movies but a TV show too is being made on the battle of Saragarhi.

AKSHAY SHARES THE FIRST LOOK

The shooting for the movie started today and Akshay Kumar shared the picture of his first look on Twitter and Twitter is in awe of the actor so much so that Twitter has already declared it a big blockbuster. The actor also expressed great pride and gratitude and it called it his most ambitious film ever. The actor also sought wishes of his fans and fans responded with all the love.

 FIRST PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN AKSHAY AND DHARMA PRODUCTIONS

This is for the first time that Akshay Kumar is working for Dharam Production. This partnership between Karan Johar and Akshay Kumar already looks sensational. Initially, this was supposed to be a joint project between Dharma Productions and Salman Khan but since things did not work out, now Dharma productions will be at the helm of the things solely.

WHO IS THE FEMALE LEAD?

 
If reports are to be believed then Parineeti Chopra would be seen playing the female lead in Kesari. As far as the choreography of the stunts in the film is concerned, Lawrence Woodward will be taking care of the stunts. Karan Johar too shared the news of commencement of shooting of the flick on Twitter and termed the film as being the bravest story ever told.
