Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu has been making a lot of news lately all thanks to her latest outing ‘Haseen Dillruba’ alongside Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane on Netflix. The stars of the movie are busy in the promotion of the movie.
And recently in a promotional digital lie detector game for the movie, actor Vikrant Massey asked Taapsee whether she had direct messaged anyone, who doesn’t follow her on social media.
Responding to the question, Taapsee was quick to come up with a reply, where she revealed that she had once texted a celebrity but she never heard back from that celebrity. And the celebrity is none other than Hollywood actor Rober Downey Jr. Yes, you read that right. Taapsee revealed:
“So, I DM’d Robert Downey Jr and no one replied. I was like I have more followers than you also! (sic).”
However, the actress didn’t mention on which social media platform she sent the text message to Robert. Taapsee and Downey Jr, have accounts on Twitter and Instagram. Talking about their followers, while Taapsee has about 18.8 million followers on Instagram, she has 4.6 followers on Twitter. On the other hand, Robert has 50.7 million followers on Instagram and 16.4 million followers on Twitter.
Meanwhile, netizens couldn’t stop themselves from trolling the actress after her latest statements and are thus trolling her left, right and center.

Talking about her upcoming projects, Taapsee will soon be seen in ‘Looop Lapeta’ opposite Tahir Raj Bhasin, which is a remake version of German film ‘Run Lola Run’. Apart from this, the actress will also showcase her acting skills in an upcoming Telugu film titled ‘Mishan Impossible’.
