“Sorry For Being Late, Was Busy With Some Work”, PM Modi Indirectly Refers To Air Strikes In His Speech

On Tuesday, our Indian Air Force carried out another surgical strikes inside Pakistan early on Tuesday and targeted terror camps in Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK) to avenge the Pulwama attacks.

The attack was done at 3:30 in the night when 12 IAF jets crossed LOC and dropped 1200 kgs in these camps. The attack was targeted at Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba, and Hizbul Mujahideen terror training camps and was carried out by 12 Mirage 2000 fighter jets.

According to sources, PM Modi was up all night as he monitored the Indian Air Force operation to destroy Jaish-e-Mohammed terror camp in Pakistan, relaxing only after all the pilots returned safely home.

PM Modi then rushed to the Rashtrapati Bhawan, where President Ram Nath Kovind conferred the Gandhi Peace Prize for 2015-2018.The event at the Rashtrapati Bhawan was to begin at 11.00 am, but started a little late.

As soon as PM Modi reached the event, he sought an apology from the audience at the Rashtrapati Bhawan for being late as he was “busy” with “some other work”. Indirectly marking the reference of air-strikes, PM Modi said :

“First of all, my apologies for being late. The programme started late as I reached here (Darbar Hall of Rashtrapati Bhawan) late. I was busy in some other work and I was late,”

Here’s a video of PM Modi from the event :

Salute to our Indian Air Force and PM Modi for taking revenge of our Martyrs. The whole country is proud of them.
