As we all witnessed, SRK’s most anticipated film, Pathaan had a strong opening at the box office. The curse of continuous Bollywood flops has come to an end as Pathaan broke all the records earning a total of Rs 212 crore in India after just four days of release. The film garnered Rs 52 crore on Saturday, and on Friday, it collected Rs 37.5 crore net. So far, the movie is performing extremely well at the box office.
Deepika Padukone and John Abraham’s characters have been well-received by audiences’ fans and admirers and have been able to attract a large number of cinema fans to theatres.
On its fourth day of release, Pathaan earned an impressive Rs 52 crore becoming one of the top-performing films of the year. The film’s strong performance depicts the star power of Shah Rukh Khan. The film was released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages which has also helped the movie to gain more audience across the country.
The film, directed by Siddharth Anand, is an action thriller that follows the story of a secret agent who is brought out of retirement to take on a dangerous mission. The flabbergasting action sequences and the performances of the lead actors have been lauded by critics and audiences alike. Pathaan also has a guest appearance of Bollywood star Salman Khan.
Pathaan also marks the reunion of Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone on the big screen after ‘Happy New Year’, and their chemistry on-screen has been widely praised. John Abraham, who plays the film’s antagonist, has also been praised for his performance.
Earlier, Box Office India estimated that the Hindi version of the movie might collect Rs 52 crore net on Saturday.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh suggests that Pathaan is creating and breaking records, he shared a tweet claiming that the movie has already overtaken the Hindi version of KGF Chapter 2 and Bahubali 2: The Conclusion, and it has become the fastest movie to enter Rs 200 crore club.

According to the reports, Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan is targeting Rs 270 or Rs 275 crore net on the fifth day. Overall, Pathaan has been able to live up to the expectations surrounding it and is on its way to becoming one of the highest-grossing films of the year.
