Bollywood actors Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have been making a lot of news these days for all the romantic reasons. All eyes are on Katrina and Vicky’s December wedding. While the fans have been waiting desperately for the big event, they both have chosen to be tight-lipped about their rumored wedding.
As per the latest reports, Katrina and Vicky, the two lovebirds had a private Roka ceremony at film director Kabir Khan’s home on Diwali. The Roka ceremony was attended by close members of Katrina and Vicky’s families, including Katrina’s mother Suzanne Turquotte and sister Isabella Kaif. Vicky’s parents and brother Sunny Kaushal were also in attendance.
Now the newest development about the two is that the two lovebirds have finally rented a love nest for themselves as the couple plan to move out to an apartment after their wedding. Interestingly, the couple will be neighbors to — Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, who have two apartments in the same building.
According to a report in India Today, Vicky Kaushal has deposited a whopping amount of Rs 1.75 crore and the rent for the initial 36 months is Rs. 8 lakh per month. For the next 12 months, the rent will is Rs 8.40 lakh per month. The report stated:
“Vicky has rented an apartment in Juhu’s Rajmahal, an ultra-luxurious building, for a period of 60 months, that is 5 years. He rented the 8th-floor apartment in July 2021. The security deposit paid by Vicky Kaushal is close to Rs 1.75 crore and the rent for the initial 36 months is Rs 8 lakh per month. For the next 12 months, it is Rs 8.40 lakh per month, and for the remaining 12 months, Vicky Kaushal will pay a rent of Rs 8.82 lakh per month.”
As per a report by Times of India, the decor is being done at a good pace and the couple keeps visiting the apartment to take care of the arrangements. “Sometimes she comes with Vicky, sometimes alone,” the source adds.
