His real sister, Iffat Shaikh, filed a police complaint against him, alleging that he slapped her during an altercation at a hospital where she had gone to visit their parents.

Iffat got married in July 2024, looking radiant in a red lehenga during the ceremony, which was an emotional occasion for her family. However, despite her new journey, she has frequently posted about ongoing tensions within her family. In fact, Iffat shared heartfelt posts featuring her brother Adnan, expressing her love for him despite their differences. One of her emotional messages reads:

The controversy escalated when Iffat filed an FIR against Adnan, accusing him of physically assaulting her and her father-in-law. The incident reportedly occurred at Malad’s hospital, where Iffat was visiting her parents, and Adnan allegedly slapped her in public. She later filed the complaint at the Bangur Nagar Police Station in Goregaon.
It’s worth noting that this is not the first conflict between the siblings. In September 2024, Adnan had previously lodged a complaint against Iffat, accusing her of defaming him on social media.
The situation between the siblings appears tumultuous, as Adnan also faced accusations of leaking his bride’s pictures shortly after their wedding.
