As Kartik was about to finish his sentence, Karan cut him off and said, “But people have called you overrated on this couch.” The actor was visibly in shock after hearing such a thing and added, “Sir, koi overrated kyu bolega kisi ko?” He further inquired who had said that about him. To which Karan replied, “Badshah.”
Kartik Aaryan was indeed surprised by KJo’s revelation, and understandably so! However, he didn’t hesitate to recall a previous conversation he had with Badshah, where the rapper had praised his performances. Kartik shared that Badshah had complimented his work and expressed his appreciation for Badshah’s music in return. He said,
“I really appreciate his music, and I mean he is the one who called me and said after Sonu that ‘Paaji, I love your work’, and I loved Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, and meri poori family aapki fan hai. I don’t know why he said that but I really love his music.”
