The passenger had booked his ticket on the Swatantrata Senani Express weeks in advance, hoping to secure a confirmed seat from New Delhi to Darbhanga. Initially on a long waiting list at 124, his status steadily improved, reaching RAC 12 as his travel date neared. However, just as he felt assured of his reservation, the final chart moved him back to Waiting 18, leaving him frustrated.

In response to Jha’s tweet, RailwaySeva, the official Indian Railways support account, assured him that the issue was forwarded to the relevant authorities. They confirmed his complaint had been logged through RailMadad, with details sent via SMS.
