R. Madhavan, affectionately known as Maddy, has amazed his fans with a remarkable weight transformation, shifting from a chubby director to an actor with a sculpted physique. While directing the 2022 biopic “Rocketry: The Nambi Effect,” based on Indian rocket scientist Nambi Narayanan, Madhavan gained significant weight.
However, Madhavan managed to shed the extra kilos in just 21 days.
In a recent interview with Curly Tales, the “Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein” actor shared his secret: mindful and regulated eating, specifically intermittent fasting, rather than intense gym sessions or medication. Madhavan explained to Kamya Jani,
“I only ate food that was good for my body. No exercise, no running, no surgery. No medication. Nothing.”
An acocunt named Aadhavan asked how he managed to loss all that fat and weight in 21 days and posting a clip from the interview on his X profile, to which R Madhavan revealed his exact diet plan and meal encouraging all of his fans. Have a look:

Madhavan detailed his regimen, noting that his last meal is by 6:45 pm, consisting only of cooked food, with no raw items after 3 pm.

He highlighted the importance of early morning walks, early nights with deep sleep, and no screen time at least 90 minutes before bed. His diet is rich in fluids and green vegetables, avoiding processed foods, and he practices chewing each bite 45-60 times, advising, “Drink your food and chew your water.”

On the professional front, Madhavan was last seen with Ajay Devgn in “Shaitaan.” He is set to appear in a series of upcoming films, including “Amriki Pandit,” “Adhirshtasaali,” “Test,” “Shankara,” and “De De Pyaar De 2.”
