Popular YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav has sparked a new controversy by slamming fellow YouTubers Gautami Kawale and Abhyudaya Mohan from the channel Slayy Point. Known for their satirical takes on social media influencers, Slayy Point found themselves in hot water after their latest video included a reference to Elvish’s mother, which he found disrespectful.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Elvish expressed his displeasure and declared his intent to pursue legal action. He stated, “I had no problem with the roast, but using my mother for the roast is not funny,” further emphasizing that such content crossed a line.
In another tweet, Elvish hinted at legal repercussions for the duo, writing, “Bolte rehte ho na Elvish bhai, aap kuch karte kyu nahi. Legal legal khilaata hu bacho ko ab toh kaanoon bhi seekh liya (You always say I don’t do anything. Let me teach you the law now).”

Fan Outrage and Backlash
Elvish’s fans, also known as the “Elvish Army,” rallied behind him, criticizing Slayy Point for involving a family member in their video.
Many called it an unethical move for cheap theatrics. One fan wrote, “Roasting influencers is fine, but bringing family members into it crosses the line. This wasn’t necessary.”
Slayy Point Responds
Acknowledging the backlash, Gautami and Abhyudaya removed the controversial segment from the video and posted a response. They explained, “We didn’t roast or disrespect Elvish’s mother. The clip used was from a public interview on a news channel. However, since it’s causing unnecessary drama, we’ve removed it. Sorry to Aunty Ji.”
In their statement, they also expressed frustration over the situation, adding, “Our videos are meant for logical entertainment, not cheap controversies. Legal threats and abusive reactions are taking this too far. We’re stepping out of this now.”
Reply-reply khelna tha to khel lete. But this is becoming unnecessarily cheap. You all know we make videos logically and for entertainment, but this isn’t logical or fun anymore so we will be trimming his parts.
Our point in the video proved itself. Legal threats, Spreading…
