The 27 story skyscraper Antilia accommodates 600 workers. Furthermore, Mukesh Ambani is not holding back when it is about paying his workers. The workers in Antilia are treated like government servants and they are trained specially by professionals before they are hired a full time job.

Their salaries also provide allowances like life insurance, education allowance and many more. At the Ambani’s residence in Mumbai, there are more than 600 employees serving the family.

Reportedly, Ambanis treat their servants like family and have a cordial relationship with almost all of them. Each of the workers in the house have a monthly salary of more than INR 2 lakhs which varies according to their responsibilities.

In 2011, their minimum salaries were starting from INR 6K but now it is a minimum of about 2 lakhs. Also, the Ambani’s Antilla has a special Z security for which a sum of INR 15 lakhs is paid. Z security is provided to an individual if he/she approaches the Union home ministry with evidence of a terror threat to him.

Another fascinating fact is that two of their kids (worker’s) are studying in US.
