From the outdoor exotic locations to the massive studios in Mumbai, to foreign lands – Bollywood has travelled places and reached beyond the boundary locations to make the movies look larger than life.
And guess what, they have succeeded in reaching out to the audience at large, thanks to these sets and ambience.
Not to forget, indoor shootings are also a very important part of the celluloid life. A lot is shot in between the four walls of houses, hotels. But many of us would not be aware of the fact that, of late, few of the movies have been shot in the homes of our Cine stars.
Here are those who allowed us a peep into their homes.
SRK’s superhit movie FAN had been shot in the superstar’s home Mannat. SRK was seen playing a double role in the movie. Not only did this let the audience peep into his home and life but also made us believe the warmth that he shares and that he is open to his audience as well about his private side of life.
Sanjay Dutt’s biopic, starring Ranbir Kapoor has been shot in Sanjay Dutt’s own home. Ranbir Kapoor had to change himself significantly to look like Sanjay Dutt. Ranbir did a considerably good job to look like Sanjay Dutt and we are sure that he would look great with the release of the film.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan has been one of the better, in fact one of the best movies of 2017. As it seemed evident it was shot in the most picturesque locations, but to ones surprise quite some portion of the movie had been shot in Salman’s farm house in Panvel, called Arpita Farms.
Ki and Ka, in which Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor have shot their lunch sequence in the house of the living legend Bachchan Sir.
Amitabh Bachchan’s Bombay Talkies was shot at his another home Pratiksha.
Bollywood and their directors would surely not mind to thank these superstars to allow the public access to their homes, and a part of their lives.
