Amidst these rumors, a Reddit post alleging that Abhishek was involved with his Dasvi co-star, Nimrat Kaur, went viral. Additionally, some questioned why the Bachchan family did not publicly wish Aishwarya on her birthday, adding fuel to the fire.
Amitabh Bachchan, in the wake of these controversies, shared a cryptic tweet in Hindi that resonated with many. The tweet said, “What if you lose? The goal of winning has been achieved! If we keep winning, how can we aim to grow?”

Despite the ongoing speculation, none of the involved parties—Abhishek, Aishwarya, or Nimrat—have addressed the matter. However, a close family source expressed frustration, calling the affair rumors “mischievous, malicious, and utter rubbish.” The source emphasized Abhishek’s loyalty to Aishwarya, remarking that he is not the type to stray, even during turbulent times.
The source said,
“Where and how did this rumour (of an affair) start? You should think about this. Abhishek is not the kind to cheat on his wife. He has been fully faithful to his wife throughout the marriage. Why would he suddenly take off at a tangent when the marriage is facing turbulent weather?”
Questions also arose about Nimrat Kaur’s response.
“There is not an iota of truth to these rumours. We wonder why the lady (Nimrat Kaur) has not issued a denial. Abhishek is keeping mum as there is already so much happening in his life at the moment. He has been advised to stay completely out of any controversy.”
In a recent statement to Times Now, she indicated that gossip would persist regardless of her actions and chose to stay focused on her work instead of responding to baseless claims.
The Bachchan family is reportedly considering legal action against the source of these rumors.

The insider noted that despite the family’s silence, they will not hesitate to pursue justice if the falsehoods continue.
“The other day they killed off Jayaji’s mother. Just because the family doesn’t choose to react, don’t take their silence for granted.”
