A video of yoga guru Baba Ramdev sprinting alongside a horse has gone viral, drawing attention online. The clip even caught the eye of anti-ageing millionaire Bryan Johnson, whose reaction led to an unexpected consequence—he got blocked by Ramdev.
Baba Ramdev Showcases Stamina, Credits Patanjali Products
Baba Ramdev, the co-founder of Patanjali Ayurved, recently shared a video where he was seen keeping pace with a running horse. He attributed his endurance and fitness to Patanjali’s Swarna Shilajit and Immunogrit Gold supplements. In his post, Ramdev encouraged people to consume these products, claiming they offer benefits such as increased stamina, strong immunity, and anti-ageing properties.
“If you want the strength to run like a horse, strong immunity, anti-ageing benefits, and power, then consume Swarna Shilajit and Immunogrit Gold,“ he wrote.

The video quickly gained traction, with many praising Ramdev’s fitness, while others questioned the claims.
Bryan Johnson Challenges Ramdev’s Claims, Gets Blocked
Among the critics was Bryan Johnson, a millionaire known for his Project Blueprint, an extensive anti-ageing regimen. Johnson responded to the viral video by questioning the impact of Haridwar’s air quality on health.
“Air quality in Haridwar right now is PM₂.₅ 36 µg/m³, equivalent to smoking 1.6 cigarettes a day. This raises the risk of heart disease by 40–50%, lung cancer by three times, and reduces life expectancy by 5–7 years,” he pointed out.
I replied with this comment and he hid it and blocked me:

Johnson suggested that environmental factors like air pollution significantly impact health, making it unlikely that supplements alone could counteract these effects. However, shortly after posting his response, he discovered that Ramdev had hidden his comment and blocked him on X (formerly Twitter).
Sharing the incident, Johnson wrote, “I replied with this comment, and he hid it and blocked me.”
Johnson’s Previous Concerns About India’s Air Quality
This isn’t the first time Bryan Johnson has voiced concerns about India’s air pollution. During an appearance on Nikhil Kamath’s podcast, he abruptly walked out, citing poor air conditions in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
Later, he explained how the pollution impacted his health, rendering his air purifier ineffective. Known for his strict longevity-focused lifestyle, Johnson has consistently emphasized the need for clean air, and his reaction to Ramdev’s video aligns with his views.
