Following the viral spread of these photos, Ayesha faced relentless trolling for her transformed facial features. Frustrated by the negativity, she initially deactivated her Instagram account. However, she returned just a day later, sharing a boomerang video of herself in a black top and ripped jeans, captioned with a sly, “very demure, very mindful.”
Not stopping there, Ayesha subtly addressed the trolls with a pointed message: “Did you notice how I just didn’t respond? Very mind, very cutesy, very demure.”
On August 22, 2024, Ayesha posted two pictures on Instagram in a silk saree, adorned with a large gold necklace, bold makeup, and fringed hair. The photos quickly drew attention, with many users expressing shock over her dramatically different appearance and lamenting the loss of her natural beauty. Overwhelmed by the harsh comments, Ayesha briefly deleted her Instagram profile.
