Actor Saif Ali Khan was rushed to Lilavati Hospital by auto driver Bhajan Singh after a robbery attempt at his Bandra residence left him severely injured. Singh described the harrowing state of the actor, who was drenched in blood and struggling to walk when he flagged down the auto outside the Satguru Sharan building in Bandra West.
Recalling the incident, Singh shared that Saif, accompanied by a staff member and his son Taimur, got into his auto, urgently requesting help to reach the hospital. “They were in such a hurry that I didn’t even think about money. Having such a big actor in my auto was satisfaction enough,” Singh said.

On arriving at Lilavati Hospital, Saif identified himself to the guard at the entrance, saying, “Main Saif Ali Khan hoon (I am Saif Ali Khan),” before being assisted onto a stretcher.
The Incident at Saif Ali Khan’s Residence
The attack occurred at approximately 2:30 am on Thursday at Khan’s Bandra residence. The actor sustained six stab wounds, including two deep cuts on his back and a minor neck injury, after intervening in a scuffle in his son Jeh’s room. The altercation began when Khan discovered an attacker assaulting his son’s nanny.
Despite his injuries, Khan’s team later confirmed that he is “out of danger.” Mumbai police are currently investigating the incident, with reports indicating that the attacker was known to one of the domestic staff members.
