Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain, who gained widespread recognition from their participation in the well-known reality television program, Bigg Boss 17, have been in the limelight for their turbulent interactions during the show. Nonetheless, post-show, they seemed to have settled their differences and even collaborated on a music video titled “Laa Pila De Sharaab.”
In a recent Instagram post, Ankita shared images featuring herself and Vicky from a hospital room. The pictures depict Ankita resting on a hospital bed alongside her husband. Ankita, who had recently sustained a broken arm, disclosed that now it’s her husband who is undergoing hospitalization. Nevertheless, specifics regarding Vicky’s condition remain undisclosed. One of the captions accompanying the post reads:
“Together in sickness & in health, literally.”
Shortly after Ankita Lokhande shared these images, reactions poured in from online users.
While some extended prayers and wished for their swift recovery, others expressed confusion regarding who the actual patient was. One user remarked, “Confuse hun patient kaun hai,” while another commented, “Attention seeking couple!! even in hospital.” A third individual questioned, “Manku ya vikku who’s the patient?”
In a previous incident, during an interview with Radio Mirchi following the release of their music video, Ankita and Vicky addressed queries about their past conflicts. Vicky interjected while Ankita was responding, asserting their differing perspectives. He emphasized that their disagreements were not as intense as during their time in the Bigg Boss house.
Ankita clarified that she didn’t recall having any significant arguments with Vicky, attributing her demeanor during that period to emotional stress. In response, Vicky humorously quipped, “End ka ek der mahina wo hota hai 45 din bhai!”
Ankita Lokhande, known for her role in the television series “Pavitra Rishta” and her recent appearance in the biopic “Swatantrya Veer Savarkar,” reportedly declined an offer to star in the upcoming film “Student Of The Year 3.” According to a News18 report, filmmaker Karan Johar approached her for a role in the film franchise, but she turned it down for reasons undisclosed.
“Yes, Ankita was approached for Student of The Year 3. I am not sure about the role she was offered but she was definitely asked if she could be a part of the SOTY franchise. However, she has rejected the offer and nobody knows the reason behind her decision.”
