Recently, a Reddit post went viral, suggesting that Abhishek is involved in an affair with his Dasvi co-star, Nimrat Kaur.
Adding fuel to the fire, an old video from the Dasvi promotional tour has resurfaced, showing Abhishek praising his wife, Aishwarya, for her unwavering support and emotional strength within the Bachchan family. The video quickly caught the attention of netizens.
Nimrat Kaur’s Thoughts on Marriage
In light of these rumors, Nimrat Kaur’s views on marriage have also resurfaced. During a 2016 interview with IndiaTimes, the Lunchbox actress candidly discussed her single status, explaining that marriage isn’t something she avoids but rather waits for the right time and person.
“I was asked why I don’t want to get married, just because I am not married yet. I was like, I don’t know how you got this in your head! It has got nothing to do with not wanting to do something, just because I am currently not married. Marriage is something, they’re a matter of providence and they happen at their own time, when you meet the right person. I don’t think these things can be orchestrated (sic).”

Abhishek Praises Aishwarya
Amid the speculation of a rift, the resurfaced video of Abhishek Bachchan praising Aishwarya during an interview with Bollywood Hungama has garnered renewed attention. In the video, Abhishek talks about how Aishwarya has been a strong emotional support for him and their family.
“My wife is exceptional at that. She’s always been an amazing emotional support for me. I’ve been very lucky, my entire family has been. The wonderful thing about having a life partner like Aishwarya is that she is from the business. She gets it. She has been doing it slightly longer than I have. So, she knows the world. She has been through it all. So, it’s nice when you come home and if you’ve had a challenging day, you know that there’s somebody who gets it (sic).”
He further added,
“She has been somebody that, I have always noticed, has managed to traverse some of the most difficult times of her life with utmost dignity and grace. I really admire that about her. Actors are emotional people, we’re very, very hyper-sensitive. and there are times when we might just want to lash out and we kind of explode. You can only take so much. I’ve never seen her do that (sic).”
Throughout Abhishek’s heartfelt compliments, Nimrat is seen smiling and even remarked that Abhishek is “very, very lucky” to have Aishwarya as his partner.
