During the 77th Locarno Film Festival in Switzerland, Shah Rukh Khan was honored with the prestigious Pardo alla Carriera, also known as the Career Leopard, on Saturday.
While at the event, SRK humorously remarked, “For those who don’t know me, leave, google me, and then come back.” He then introduced himself, though he hardly needed to, saying,
“I am Shah Rukh Khan, I work in Indian films, mostly Hindi.”
Following SRK’s witty ”
Google me and then come back”
Google India responded by tagging the actor in a post on X (formerly Twitter) and adding a crown emoji, signifying King Khan’s iconic status.

The Locarno Film Festival, established in 1946, is one of the world’s longest-standing film festivals, with a focus on auteur cinema. The 77th edition of the festival showcases 225 films, including 104 world premieres and 15 debut films.
Shah Rukh Khan will soon appear in a film titled “King,” directed by Sujoy Ghosh. At the Locarno Film Festival, SRK confirmed his involvement in the project, saying,
“I finished ‘Jawan’ and ‘Dunki’ last year. Now, there’s a certain kind of film I want to do. Maybe it’s more age-centric and something I’ve been pursuing for over seven years. One day, I mentioned it to Sujoy Ghosh in my office. He said, ‘Sir, I have a subject.'”
Last year, SRK starred in Rajkumar Hirani’s “Dunki” and also had two other releases – “Pathaan” and “Jawan.”
