The grand finale of Bigg Boss OTT 3, held on August 2, 2024, saw Sana Makbul taking home the trophy, with Naezy as the first runner-up. The other finalists included Kritika Malik, Ranvir Shorey, and Sai Ketan Rao. Kritika, who participated alongside her husband Armaan Malik and his first wife Payal Malik, faced criticism for allegedly disrupting her best friend’s marriage.
“You had the right to nominate me in the Bigg Boss house. You can nominate the non-deserving contestant. This happens twice a week. If I wasn’t deserving, you should have nominated me. You did not nominate me and I reached the finale. This was my strategy and you were caught in it.”

Throughout their time on Bigg Boss, Kritika, Armaan, and Payal faced accusations of promoting polygamy. In the interview, Kritika admitted that marrying Armaan was a mistake and urged others not to marry more than once. She stated:
Several questions were raised. You guys are also right. This is not something one expects. I am ready for the questions. But I have always said that I do not support polygamy. We made a mistake by marrying twice, so please don’t do this. Nobody should marry twice. We do not support polygamy.”
Reacting to Payal Malik’s Divorce Announcement
Kritika also commented on Payal Malik’s divorce announcement from Armaan, revealing her emotional response. Unable to contact her family, she felt helpless and broke down in tears. She shared:
“In this house, you cannot contact anyone from your family. In this situation, somebody tells you something shocking. Like, you guys mentioned about Payal’s decision to divorce Armaan. It hurt me. I broke down emotionally. I was worried if everything was okay outside or not. I was broken because of this.”

Kritika also described her first conversation with Payal after leaving the Bigg Boss house. She asked Payal if she was okay, and upon hearing that she was, felt relieved. She concluded:
“When I came outside, I asked Payal if she was okay. She said, ‘yes’. Nothing else matters. If she is fine, I am also fine.”
