Following Diljit Dosanjh’s recent concert in New Delhi, where he gifted his jacket to a fan, internet personality Andrew Tate made a racist remark that sparked outrage. Tate tweeted, “Bet it stinks of curry,” which prompted singer Adnan Sami to defend Diljit publicly.

In a pointed response on Instagram, Sami wrote,
“Wrong… It smelled of ‘love’ and the best part was that none of the audience members were ‘rapists’ or ‘child traffickers’ like what you’re accused of and arrested for, which surely smells of s**t!! So STFU!”
Fans on Instagram applauded Sami’s stand against Tate’s racism, with many expressing gratitude for his support. Comments included, “Sir ji bewakoof kya jaane pyaar ki mehak 😂 (A fool won’t understand the scent of love)” and “Thanks Adnan for standing up.” Another user urged others not to be upset by Tate’s words, saying, “Arrey iske peeche apna khoon garam Mt kijiye (Don’t boil your blood because of him).”
Diljit has yet to address Tate’s comment directly, however he posted a video of making Indian Curry Kadhai Paneer on Diwali.
Andrew Tate, known for his controversial statements and self-proclaimed ultra-masculine views, is facing charges related to human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and money laundering.
