Ranveer Singh Tries To Impress PM Modi In His First Tweet After The SSR Case

Since the untimely demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, a lot of things in Bollywood have come under the scanner, one of them being the alleged drug addiction of the stars. Even the biggest of the names, including the likes of Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor has come under the scanner. The NCB is looking to leave no stones unturned as they look forward to going to the root of the problem of drug abuse and addiction in Bollywood.

Since the interrogation of Deepika, her husband Ranveer Singh has stayed aloof from making any comments about the incident in person or on the social media platforms. However, he took to Twitter after four long months in order to support Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s initiative in the fight against Corona.

Along with Ranveer, a number of other Bollywood stars also supported the initiative and tweeted. Ranveer’s Tweet read, ‘Let’s unite to fight Corona.’

The NCB, on the other hand, has not found any of the stars who were interrogated guilty of drug addiction or abuse so far. The likes of Rakul Preet Singh, Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor were interrogated and the NCB is assumed to have received satisfactory answers from them. Rhea Chakraborty has also been granted bail. Deepika is now ready to move back to Goa to restart the shooting of her film.
