Bollywood actor Sonu Sood, the on-screen villain has turned out to be a real hero in this tragic times of Coronavirus. He has been making a lot of news since the start of this month, ever since he arranged for buses and helped 350 migrants from Mumbai to head back to their homes in Karnataka. Later, he arranged buses to areas in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar. Now he is planning to arrange more such buses and help migrants reach their home.
He has also been very active to help the Corona warriors during this pandemic. Sonu has already given away his Mumbai hotel for the accommodation of the medical officials and staffers. Besides this, he has donated over 1,500 PPE kits to doctors across Punjab.
Ever since the news of Sonu Sood helping hundreds of migrants reach their homes came out, several migrants are now taking to Twitter to seek help from Sonu. Several celebrities including Sania Mirza, Rajkummar Rao, Kavita Kaushik, Manika Batra, and many others have showered praises on him for the work he has been doing amidst the pandemic.
Recently, actress turned politician Smriti Irani also took to her social media and praised Sonu Sood for his work. In her tweet, she expressed how she has seen him grow as an actor and is very proud of his humanitarian work. She wrote:
