After a successful ”5 Baje, 5 minute” initiative, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had appealed for a “9 Baje, 9-minute’ initiative”, where he urged everyone to switch off their lights at home and light candles, diyas or turn on their phone’s flashlights. And India happily took part in the initiative and marked expression of hope and unity, amidst the grim situation because of Coronavirus pandemic.

Soon after the initiative, social media was flooded with pictures and posts from across the country, including the nation’s biggest celebrities – actors, singers, sportspeople, and many other prominent people giving us a glimpse of how they took part in the initiative.

On Sunday, the legendary industrialist of India, Mr. Ratan Tata inspired each and all by just lighting a small candle and marked an expression that we all are in this together.
