Popularly known as ‘Katrina Kaif’ of Punjab, Shehnaz Gill has become a household name around the nation because of her stint in the reality show ‘Bigg Boss 13’. Shehnaz Gill emerged out as one of the popular contestants of Bigg Boss 13. Shehnaz Gill entertained one and all with her adorable antics on the show, which made her the favorite of everyone.
Besides her adorable and funny antics, it was her amazing chemistry with the contestant Siddharth Shukla, that became the talk of the town. After ruling the television screens for a couple of months, the actress recently returned to the screens with her music video Bhula Dunga starring her favorite from Bigg Boss 13’s contestant Sidharth Shukla.
Recently, in an interview, the actress opened up about many things, from her relationship with Sidharth Shukla to her professional front. In the interview, Shehnaz Gill was asked about the bond between the two actors. Talking about the same, she said:
“Yes I am in a relationship with Sidharth but as a friend. I had said that I love him. And, he’s protective about me. As he’s protective, I am not waiting to hear ‘I love you’ from him. He’s a very good friend of mine and I don’t want to lose him as a friend. Waise, love relationships kahan chalte hain aajkal long time ke liye? (By the way, love and relationships don’t survive that long these days?).”
Talking about her feelings for the actor, Shehnaz Gill said that she doesn’t want to lose him as a friend. She said:
“Attraction hai, pyaar bhi hai lekin agar udhar se aisa nahin mila, toh I don’t want to lose such a good friend like Sidharth (there is attraction, love is also there but if he doesn’t reciprocate the same feelings, I don’t want to lose him as a good friend). We can remain as friends forever, it is not necessary to get into a relationship.”
Shehnaz also claimed that she always knew that Sidharth will win the show because of his genuine and transparent personality. She said:
“I knew Sidharth will win. Sidharth ka house mein chahe hatred ho ya love, uski har cheez dikhti thi. Hum log agar peecche bhi baat karte the, toh usiki baat karte the (There was hatred for him or love in the Bigg Boss house but he was always most visible on the show).”
