A Twitter User Tried To Troll Rishi Kapoor And Got A Fitting Reply From The Actor

After PM Modi gave his speech on March 24 evening and declared complete lockdown of the country till April 14 midnight, it marked the severity of the current pandemic situation. India is already in stage 3 and if we can break the chain by locking ourselves at home for 21 days then we can successfully wash away the virus out of India. Even our Prime Minister confirmed that and advised to stay at home and left in not spreading the virus any further.

After the declaration, a lot of celebs among different industries took it to their social media to acknowledge PM Modi’s appeal. They tried their best to spread awareness among their followers that how it has become the need of the hour to lock ourselves inside our homes to stay away from the deadly virus.

The legendary Bollywood actor, Rishi Kapoor is one of those celebs who posted his acknowledgments towards the appeal and requested everyone to follow the norms of the lockdown to protect themselves from COVID-19. However, some trollers targetted this status with negative comments. They threw sarcasm that if he has stocked up his alcohol collection for the next 21 days or not!

Well, if we dig into the past, he did have a name for being an alcoholic for which even today, he is not on good terms with his son Ranbir Kapoor as he hardly spent time with him while growing up.

Initially, Rishi Kapoor with all his paternal urges tried to make the trollers understand to stop doing this silliness on the microblogging site. Things did not really go well and he took matters in his hand.

A very angry Rishi Kapoor tweeted: “Anyone cracking jokes about my country or on my lifestyle, will be deleted. Be aware and warned. This is a serious matter. Help us to tide over the situation.”

Let’s see how a couple of people had expressed their cynicism:

Twitterati and other social media trollers should sometimes understand how it is not always cool to disobey or make fun of people. Especially when it is regarding something serious like COVID-19. India, given the population we are second in the list and the pandemic has already taken us to its stage 3 as declared earlier. If we do not take proper measures now we will soon be doomed like Italy, where the country had lost close to 800 lives in a single day.

Twitterati, make notes!
