Anand Mahindra Responds To The News Of His Scorpio Pik-Up Car Being Used in Taiwan President’s Campaign

Anand Mahindra, the chairman of the Mahindra Group, is one of the coolest and down-to-earth entrepreneurs you will ever find. Known for living with his heart on his sleeves, he never shies away from expressing his thoughts on his micro-blogging site Twitter, where he is very active and is loved for his hilarious and witty tweets.

Recently, Invest India, the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency of the Government of India, took to their Twitter and shared a piece of brilliant news with Twitterati informing Anand Mahindra about his company’s Scorpio Pik-up car being into the Presidential campaign convoy of Taiwan. Sharing the big news with the Mahindra’s chairman, Invest India wrote:

“A moment of pride for India on Taiwan’s soil – Mahindra’s Scorpio Pikup car has been chosen to be a part of Taiwan’s Presidential campaign convoy. The elections are in January 2020.”

Anand Mahindra could not resist expressing his happiness after he got to know about this news. In his tweet, Anand Mahindra thanked ‘Invest India – Taiwan, from sharing the news infront of him first.

Sharing his happiness with his followers, Anand Mahindra wrote:

The Mahindra Scorpio Getaway, the pikup truck from Mahindra and Mahindra is powered by 2,609 cc, four-cylinder, and direct injection diesel engine. The truck comes up with a full tank capacity of 80 liters.

Talking about the chairman, Anand Mahindra will be stepping down from his position of the Chairman on April 1 but will continue to handle the non-executive role in the company.
