There are some Indian cops who are not just super fit but have brought great pride to the Indian Police Force in their own ways. They have achieved great fitness milestones and are performing their duties in a way, which has turned them into inspiration for many young men in the country.

Here, we bring you 5 super-fit Police officers who are known for their fit physiques apart from their titles:

1. Sachin Atulkar:


Sachin Atulkar, a 2007’s batch IPS officer is a complete package of fit body and talent at the same time. Apart from being a fitness enthusiast, he is a former national-level cricket player. He still hits the gym for hours. He believes that regular exercise keeps the mind relaxed and body fit.

2. Kishore Dange:

Kishore Dange is better known as the Arnold Schwarzenegger of the Mumbai Police force. He is currently working as a constable in Maharashtra’s Jalna district police station. He is also a two-time Mr. India title winner and has won multiple national and international awards including a gold medal in the World Police and Fire Games which was held in London.

3. Rubal Dhankar:

Rubal is a well-known Youtube, however, he hasn’t had an ideal journey. His face was half-paralyzed after surgery went wrong in the year 2009. He had to be on a liquid diet to survive. Going against his doctor’s reservations, he started exercising once and slowly regained movement through muscle memory. Eventually, Rubal Dhankar joined Delhi Police as a constable.

4. Motilal Dayma:

Motilal Dayma is a constable with the Madhya Pradesh Police force. He joined the force in the year 2013. He is a fitness enthusiast and a four-time Mr. Indore title winner and has also won the Mr. MP title once. Apart from working out on a daily basis, he follows a strict diet to maintain his rippling muscles and great physique.

5. Tejender Singh:

Working as a constable in Uttarakhand Police, Tejender Singh was a gold medal winner at the World Police and Fire Games, London. He joined the police force in 2006. He also won the Mr. Hercules title in 2009.
