India’s ace fast bowler and one of the nicest guys in Indian cricket team, Bhuvneshwar Kumar tied the knot with Nupur Nagar in Nagpur. Bhuvi was released by the Board of Control for Cricket in India for the occasion after India’s first Test against Sri Lanka for what was described as personal reasons.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar and his wife Nupur Nagar know each other from a very long time. Bhuvi’s father told Times of India that it was his son’s wish to get married to Nupur.
“Our families have known each other for a while now, par yeh Bhuvneshwar ki pasand thi. Ussne humein bataya and we were happy. The girl is educated and sweet and the family is very nice too. We are now trying to see when we can have the wedding. Bhuvi is busy with back-to-back series in the coming months but as soon as we find a 10-day window, we will make arrangements,” Bhuvneshwar’s father, Kiran Pal Singh is quoted as saying in TOI.
The reception dinners – one on November 26 will be held in Bulandshahr and the other on November 30 in Delhi, likely for Team India who will arrive in the national capital to play the 3rd Test of the ongoing Test series against Sri Lanka.
Earlier this year, Bhuvneshwar Kumar had shared a picture or rather a cropped up photo from a dinner date of his, on Instagram. The caption read, “Dinner date full pic soon.”And within moments his social media flooded with comments on the picture.
The Uttar Pradesh fast bowler uploaded the full picture almost 5 months later in October.
