Coronavirus, the pandemic got almost the entire year under lockdown and it has only been recently that cinema halls and theatres are gradually opening. Due to the maintaining of covid protocol, all theatres were closed and under lock and key until very recently. The series is a biopic that tells and narrates the story of the stockbroker and marketer, Harshad Mehta. The amazing and flawless portrayal of the character by Prateek took every viewer by surprise. It is needless to say, we are awaiting several such performances.

Our very own ‘Jeetu Bhaiya’ has been in the headlines due to his unmatched performances. However, he blew us away with his role for Amazon Prime’s Panchayat. The series is based on the political scenario on a village front and shows his brilliant place even in the role of comedy. He soon after received the Filmfare Award for “Best Actor in Comedy Series”.

His role as the advocate Madhav Mishra in the series Criminal Justice also started growing on us and we could do nothing but admire the talent that this man possesses.

This beauty made a comeback and how. Her role in the Hotstar special ‘Arya’ put her in absolute different light. The woman of dreams struck gold with the character portrayal of a gangster and carried it out with unmatched grace. Anushka Sharma’s production of ‘Bulbul’ brought to us the brilliance that Tripti is. Her expression in the horror-thriller that talks about a few very staggering social issues got the attention of the entire world of cinema. The role of Halahal was played to absolute cinematic perfection by Barun. Even though it was his strong acting debut. But Asura was a definite nice performance for him. The series aired on Voot Select.
