In a Historic judgement on Thursday, the Supreme Court of India legalized homosexuality and consensual gay sex in the country as it struck down Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Post this historic judgement today, the celebrations have kicked started today across the country among the LGBT community. People are taking to their social media and are welcoming the decision of the Supreme Court.
Among the others, our Bollywood celebrities also took to their social media and welcomed the decision wholeheartedly. Bollywood directory Karan Johar also took to his social media and lauded the decision of Supreme Court. Along with his post, he uploaded a picture of rainbow flag which symbolizes LGBT community.
