Ranu Mondal became an overnight star when a video of her singing “ek pyaar ka nagma hai” at Ranaghat railway station of Kolkata went viral on the internet. She gained a huge fan following with people appreciating her singing skills. The video went so viral, that Bollywood’s music director Himesh Reshammiya signed her for three songs with him.
Ever since she was ‘discovered’ on the internet, she has become one of the most talked-about persons as of now. From going on reality shows to recording back to back songs, Ranu Mondal is everywhere, from televisions to the internet.
However, the overnight has now become an ‘easy target’ for the trollers on social media, who have been brutally trolling her after her video of saying a fan ‘don’t touch me, I am a celebrity’ went viral.
While some are bashing her for her behavior, the others are busy making memes, pictures and videos of Ranu Mondal. The internet is even filled with many dark and ‘below-the-belt’ memes on her, that are downright shameful.
Bhuvan Bam, one of the most loved internet sensation known for BB Ki Vines, shared a message on his social media. While we all are keeping quiet and enjoying the memes on Ranu Mondal, Bhuvan Bam decided to take a stand for her. Recently, he went live on his Instagram account and justified why Ranu doesn’t deserve the trolling.
In his video, he can be seen making a valid point that we all have been groomed since our childhood and we know how to talk with people and take appreciation, on the other hand, Ranu Mondal belongs from a background where she has only been pushed and treated badly, and one day, all of a sudden, she became a star. She got no time for grooming herself for the stardom she was about to get.
